  • 1 small wheel Brie
  • 1 jar English marmalade (or raspberry or black currant preserves)
  • 1/2 c. currants
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds

Directions

    Place unwrapped Brie on baking sheet.

    Smear with marmalade over the top.

    Cover and sprinkle generously with currants.

    Layer cover with slivered almonds on top.

    Bake in 375° oven until puffy (20 minutes).

    Serve with French bread, apples, grapes, crackers, etc.
