- 1 small wheel Brie
- 1 jar English marmalade (or raspberry or black currant preserves)
- 1/2 c. currants
- 3/4 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Place unwrapped Brie on baking sheet.

2Smear with marmalade over the top.

3Cover and sprinkle generously with currants.

4Layer cover with slivered almonds on top.

5Bake in 375° oven until puffy (20 minutes).

6Serve with French bread, apples, grapes, crackers, etc.
