- 1 large egg
- 2/3 c. mayo
- 10 3/4 oz. can mushroom soup
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Cook chopped broccoli; drain well.

2Whisk egg slightly; add mayo and soup, then whisk to blend.

3Stir in cooked broccoli, onion, corn and cheese.

4Turn into oblong 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with stuffing.

5Pour margarine over stuffing.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
