  • 1 package (about 8.5 Oz. Package) Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 2 sticks Melted Butter
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Creamed Corn
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.

    This is super rich, but it is a nice treat every once in a while. We like it at Thanksgiving!
