  • 2 cups baked butternut squash, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or oleo
  • 1/2 can coconut cream (buy in can; Goya)
  • 1 tsp coconut flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grounded

Directions

    Skin & extract seeds, mash with a fork. Place all ingredients in a baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until baked solid and a knife inserted comes out clean.
