- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Cut up cabbage in medium pieces. Spread on bottom of pan.

3Brown meat and onion.

4Stir in rice, salt and pepper.

5Spoon over cabbage.

6Heat tomato soup and water to boiling.

7Pour over mixture.

8Cover with foil.

9Bake in oven at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
