  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded fine
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine

Directions

    Place cabbage in shallow 4 quart dish.

    Pour in milk; sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned and cabbage tender.
