- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. light Karo
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3 to 4 qt. popped popcorn
- peanuts or pecans (optional)
Directions

1Bring margarine, brown sugar, salt and Karo to a boil.

2Boil 5 minutes.

3Then add vanilla and soda.

4Stir well.

5Pour over popped popcorn; mix well.

6Peanuts or pecans are optional.

7Use a large oven pan and grease with butter.

8Pour popcorn mix in pan; bake at 275° for 20 to 30 minutes.
