- 10 medium sized carrots
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Wash and scrape carrots.

2Cut in half lengthwise and crosswise. Place in a baking dish.

3Mix remaining ingredients.

4Sprinkle mixture over the carrots, then pour boiling water over all.

5Cover and bake in a 350° oven for about an hour and a half.
