Ingredients

  • 10 medium sized carrots
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/3 c. boiling water

Directions

    Wash and scrape carrots.

    Cut in half lengthwise and crosswise. Place in a baking dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Sprinkle mixture over the carrots, then pour boiling water over all.

    Cover and bake in a 350° oven for about an hour and a half.
