- 4 large carrots
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. whole grain cracker crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut carrots in half crosswise, then quarter each piece lengthwise.

3Toss with oil.

4Put crumbs in paper bag.

5Shake carrots in bag to coat.

6Place in single layer in greased baking dish.

7Cover tightly.

8Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

9Serves 6 to 8 people.
