- 1 large head cauliflower in flowerets
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup (10 3/4 oz., undiluted)
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted and divided
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook flowerets in small amount

2of water (boiling) for 6 to 8 minutes, until crisp and tender.

3Place flowerets in buttered baking dish.

4Set aside.

5Combine soup, sour cream, 1 tablespoon melted butter and pepper.

6Stir well and pour over cauliflower. Combine bread crumbs and remaining melted butter and put over soup mix.

7Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350° oven, until hot and bubbly.
