- 6 c. sliced celery
- 5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. (soft) bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook celery 8 minutes in salted water.

2Drain.

3Mix celery, chestnuts, pimento and soup.

4Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole.

5Melt butter.

6Pour over bread crumbs.

7Add almonds. Sprinkle over casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
