  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cups White Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Water

    In your food processor, pulse cheese, flours and salt until coarse.

    Add water at 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.

    Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2030 minutes to chill.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet well.

    Once dough is chilled, roll out and cut into desired shapes.
