- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cups White Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Water
Directions

1In your food processor, pulse cheese, flours and salt until coarse.

2Add water at 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.

3Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2030 minutes to chill.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet well.

5Once dough is chilled, roll out and cut into desired shapes.
