- 8 slices dried beef
- 8 chicken breast halves, boned
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Spread dried beef over bottom of pan (greased Pyrex dish). Wrap a strip of bacon around each breast and secure with a toothpick.

2Lay each breast on piece of dried beef.

3Mix sour cream and soup together; pour mixture over the top.

4It should cover the chicken.

5Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 275°.

6Uncover and cook 1 1/2 hours more at 275° (total 3 hours).
