  • 12 oz. pkg. sliced bacon
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry until almost crisp.

    Add onion and bell pepper and saute until onion is see through.

    Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 400°, stirring every 15 minutes.
