Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken (I like 8 to 10 thighs)
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Dip chicken in 1/2 cup milk; roll in flour and salt.

2Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan in a 425° oven.

3Put chicken in pan, skin side down.

4Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

5Turn chicken and pour over it a mixture of soup, 3/4 cup milk and the water.

6Bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.

7Remove chicken. Scrape pan, adding regular milk to make gravy.

8Serve with chicken.
