- 1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- chicken bouillon cubes
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Split whole fryer down breast (for chicken breasts, just lay flat in roaster).

2Blot chicken with margarine.

3Add about 1/2 cup water, vinegar and bouillon cubes.

4Bake at 300° to 325° for about 2 hours.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.
