  • 2 to 3 lb. chicken fryer thighs
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip reduced calorie salad dressing (don't use mayo)
  • 1 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Remove skin from chicken.

    Brush chicken with salad dressing. Coat with combined remaining ingredients.
