  • 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put chicken in baking dish.

    Mix soup with 2 cans of water measured in soup cans.

    Pour over chicken and bake for about thirty minutes at 325°.

    Turn over and cook about 25 to 30 minutes, depending on size of fryer.

    This also does good in microwave.
