1Use as many pounds of chicken meat, white or dark, as desired. If low-fat desired, remove skin.

3Roll in Italian bread crumbs; if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4Very good and moist.

5Bake at 425° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown, skin side up.
