  • chicken (white or dark) meat
  • mayonnaise (regular or lite)
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Use as many pounds of chicken meat, white or dark, as desired. If low-fat desired, remove skin.

    Brush with mayonnaise (can be lite).

    Roll in Italian bread crumbs; if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Very good and moist.

    Bake at 425° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown, skin side up.

    Needs no turning.
