  • 1 cut-up chicken
  • 1/2 c. milk or water
  • 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
  • flour with salt and pepper

Directions

    Coat chicken with seasoned flour and brown quickly in a little shortening.

    Put in baking dish.

    Thin soup with milk and pour over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, depending on size of chicken.

    If more gravy is desired, add more soup.
