  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Old El Paso taco mix
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • crushed tortilla chips
  • lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream

Directions

    Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400°.

    Thaw pie crust for 10 minutes.

    Prick bottom and sides of crust with fork.

    Bake shell on cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350°.
