  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. Cooper sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook chicken, remove skin and bone. Put chicken and broccoli in baking dish.

    Spread soup over top.

    Sprinkle cheese over all. Top with bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour or until golden brown.

    Serve with cooked rice.
