  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 6 sliced whole wheat bread
  • mayonnaise
  • fresh Parmesan cheese

    Spread mayonnaise on both sides of chicken.

    Put bread in food processor and make into crumbs; not too small.
  3. 3
    Put on a plate. Roll chicken into crumbs, put on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Grate Parmesan cheese over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 3/4 hour. Thinner chicken takes less time.
