- 6 sliced whole wheat bread
- mayonnaise
- fresh Parmesan cheese

1Spread mayonnaise on both sides of chicken.

2Put bread in food processor and make into crumbs; not too small.

3Put on a plate. Roll chicken into crumbs, put on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Grate Parmesan cheese over chicken.

4Bake at 350° for 3/4 hour. Thinner chicken takes less time.
