  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. red wine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Place mixture over chicken and cover dish.

    Bake at 375° for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.

    Uncover for at least 15 minutes of baking unless juices have cooked down to almost nothing.
