  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb swiss cheese
  • 2 -3 cups cornbread stuffing mix
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • bacon bits (to garnish) (optional)

Directions

    Place uncooked chicken in baking dish.

    Layer Swiss cheese over chicken.

    Add soup (Do NOT dilute).Spread stuffing mix over chicken.

    Sprinkle bacon bits over the stuffing if so desired.

    Drizzle butter over top.

    Bake in 350 degrees oven, covered with foil for 1/2 hour.

    Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more.
