  • 1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese, freeze 10 minutes before shredding
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chili peppers
  • 3 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • black pepper to taste
  • butter

Directions

    In buttered baking dish, layer chilies and cheese. Beat eggs, pepper and sour cream.

    Pour over cheese and chilies.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
