Baked Cinnamon Wraps

  • powdered sugar to taste
  • ground cinnamon
  • butter to taste
  • bread slices without the crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon, and set aside.

    Melt the butter in the microwave, set aside.

    Using the rolling pin, carefully mash the slices of bread until they are very thin.

    Brush the bread slices with the melted butter.

    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll up the slices of bread, and place on an ungreased baking tray.

    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.

    Remove from oven, and let cool.

    Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
