Baked Cinnamon Wraps

- powdered sugar to taste
- ground cinnamon
- butter to taste
- bread slices without the crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon, and set aside.

3Melt the butter in the microwave, set aside.

4Using the rolling pin, carefully mash the slices of bread until they are very thin.

5Brush the bread slices with the melted butter.

6Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll up the slices of bread, and place on an ungreased baking tray.

8Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.

9Remove from oven, and let cool.

10Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
