- 25 doz. Live medium clams
- 1-1/2 cups onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups butter
- 3/4 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/4 gal. Fresh white bread crumbs
- 1-1/2 cups fresh parsley, minced
- 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Wash clams; drain.

2Discard any clams with opened shells.

3Steam clams in 1/2 inch water until clams open.

4Remove immediately; place in ice water to cool.

5Discard any clams with closed shells.

6Remove empty shell side of each clam, leaving clam in remaining half shell.

7Refrigerate until chilled.

8Saute onion and garlic in butter 2 minutes or until tender.

9Stir in mustard.

10Add bread crumbs and parsley; mix lightly.

11Cover.

12Refrigerate until chilled.

13Spoon about 1-1/2 tsp.

14of the bread mixture over clam in each shell; sprinkle with cheese.

15Place on sheet pan.

16Bake in 375F-convection oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through.

17Place 6 clams on each serving plate.
