- 8 oz. minced canned clams (reserve juice)
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
- 3/4 to 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- Parmesan cheese
- lemon wedges
Directions

1In medium nonstick skillet, brown garlic, onion, parsley and oregano in oil.

2Add bread crumbs; continue to brown and stir. Add clams; toss to heat through.

3Pour in clam juice; toss just to heat.

4Spoon into bakeable half shells.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes.

7Serve with lemon wedge.
