- 4 cod fillets
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 onion
- 2 oranges
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Directions

1Place cod fillets in baking dish and brush with lemon juice and oil.

2Cover with thin slices of onion rings.

3Bake at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes.

4Remove from oven and cover fish with slices of peeled orange and minced parsley.

5Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more or until done.
