- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- dash of white pepper
- 1 tomato, sliced
- milk
- cod fillets
Directions

1Put tomato slices in bottom of baking dish.

2Dip fillets in milk and arrange on top of tomato slices.

3Spread crumb mixture on top.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
