  • 2 cans whole kernel corn with juice
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
