  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix with flour.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Reserve 1 cup of cheese for top.

    Bake at 300° to 325° for 40 minutes or until it begins to brown and is rather firm.
