  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 18.5 oz. corn muffin mix (box)
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Preheat oven. Combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, eggs and muffin mix.

    Mix well and pour into Dutch oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until done. Should be firm to the touch. Top with Cheddar cheese and let it melt.
