  • 1 can whole kernel corn (not drained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Mix together all ingredients. Bake in a shallow dish at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes. The longer the dish, the longer the baking time.
