- 1 can cream-style corn
- butter or oleo the size of egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- salt (if desired)
- pepper (if desired)
Directions

1Grease (margarine) a baking dish.

2Pour in can of cream-style corn.

3Add butter, cornstarch and sugar.

4Stir together.

5Separate egg yolks and whites and beat.

6Add to the foregoing mixture the separated, beaten yolks and then the milk, stirring for smooth mixture.

7Fold in the beaten egg whites and sprinkle black pepper on top, if desired.

8Salt may be omitted or used according to cook's wisdom.
