  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 3 to 4 crackers, crushed
  • Paprika

Directions

    Scrape kernels and juice from ears of corn.

    Combine corn, salt, pepper, eggs, and milk; mixing well.

    Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

    Dot with margarine.
