  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • butter

Directions

    Mix cornbread crumbs, salt and sugar.

    Beat eggs until very light.

    Stir in milk and add to corn mixture.

    Turn into well-buttered baking dish.

    Dot with bits of butter and bake 40 minutes at 350°.
