  • 2 c. Corn (cooked or canned)
  • 2 Tbsp. Fat
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs, buttered

Directions

    Melt fat and add flour.

    Add milk gradually and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly.

    Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.

    Pour in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
