  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced green onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. snipped parsley
  • assorted vegetables for dippers

    Blend cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
