  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

    Mix all but corn bread.

    Fold in corn bread mix.

    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until brown.
