  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Put yolks in a greased 1 1/2-quart bowl and beat.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Fold in egg whites last; dot with butter.
