- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (see Note)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

3Bake 55 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Serves 15.
