  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (see Note)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

    Bake 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
