Ingredients

  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar diced pimento
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except cracker crumbs.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of mixture. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.
