- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 1 pt. half and half cream
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 2 c. onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- Tabasco
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- lemon
- parsley
- lemon pepper
- paprika
- 6 to 8 crab shells
Directions

1Saute pepper, celery and onion in butter.

2In a bowl, mix cracker crumbs, cream, salt and pepper to taste and garlic salt. Add sauteed vegetables and crab meat.

3Fill crab shells and top each with paprika, parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Or you can put into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
