- 3 free range eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup sultanas
- grated nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Then combine the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together until well mixed.

3Transfer to a 20cm ovenproof dish - the mixture should be at least 2 centimetres deep.

4Grate nutmeg over the mixture, be careful not to overdo the nutmeg, as the custard can tend to brown easily.
