  • 1 lb. dried apricots
  • 11 oz. can mandarin orange sections (undrained)
  • 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 lb. dried pitted prunes
  • 15 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks (undrained)

Directions

    Place apricots and prunes in a greased 2-quart casserole.

    Add orange sections and pineapple.

    Pour sherry over all.
