Directions

1Cut foil into 12 x 18-inch pieces.

2Double fold foil into 9 x 12-inch pieces.

3Place egg in center of foil and twist excess foil, sealing in the egg.

4Place in coals.

5Turn frequently, about every minute.

6Test after 5 minutes.

7If it is too soft, reseal and put back on coals for another minute or two.

8If egg is too hard, your fire is too hot.
-
9Try again, but cut time down to 3 or 4 minutes.
