- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant lemon or pineapple pudding
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix cake mix, pudding, 4 beaten eggs, cooking oil and 7-Up. Bake in a greased and slightly-floured (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown.
