- 8 slices buttered bread
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 c. milk
- 4 to 5 c. corn flakes
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 8 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cube bread but do not remove crust.

2Mix bread, cheese and dry mustard.

3Place in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

4Beat eggs and add milk.

5Pour over bread mixture.

6In a saucepan, melt margarine and pour over corn flakes.

7Stir until moist.

8Spread over bread mixture.

9Place in refrigerator overnight.

10Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
